Training: You hired your assistant - Now what do you do?
Our 1 day in-person class is designed to help you and your new assistant build the foundation to a successful relationship. We teach you how to work together and get on the same page.
Training: Contract to Close Mastery
Let's face it...there's a lot to learn & know when it comes to the contract to close process. Please for the love of Christmas don't throw your new assistant/TC into the fire and expect them to just figure it out! Time lines will be missed and you will be frustrated with them! This class will teach them what they need to know and give them fully customizable systems & tools that we are pretty sure you don't have to hand over.
Training: Assistant Coaching
We become the go to person for all your assistant's questions! They don't need to wait for you to get out of an appointment or tell them "I don't know, just go figure it out". We schedule weekly calls with your assistant, however we are on call the rest of the week for ALL their questions, challenges or issues. We want your assistant to know they are not alone and always have someone to go to (hint...it shouldn't be you!).
Operations Manual
All of us need an operations manual! We all want one! You hire your assistant and then task them with creating one for your business. Then your poor assistant is left trying to figure out where to start and what goes in one! This is such a HUGE project that most don't ever even start on it! We've created a fully customizable template so all your assistant has to do is plug in your information and go!
